Jamie Belinne is an award winning, engaging and inspirational speaker, trainer and expert on using interpersonal differences to build stronger teams and create career success.

Jamie is passionate about people's potential for growth and professional success. She is a frequent speaker and trainer for local, national and global organizations on topics related to generational differences, conflict resolution, negotiations, and interpersonal effectiveness in teams. In her presentations and training, she uses humor, fun and interactive exercises to tackle difficult topics in a way that people are able to listen, learn and improve their overall interpersonal effectiveness.

With 25 years’ experience leading and developing teams, Jamie has a strong track record of growing offices and helping under-performing departments improve their outcomes by implementing market- based, innovative programs and processes. She has created and managed successful recruiting teams and advised hundreds of companies over the years on their recruiting, retention and onboarding strategies. She has also authored several award-winning books related to interpersonal and professional development, including Connecting College to Corporate, Connecting Bauer to Business and the upcoming Building on Difference.

As Assistant Dean at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, she teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses on professional development and negotiations for class sizes ranging from 10-930, and she is consistently rated among the top professors on campus for her ability to keep students engaged, entertained and learning new skills in unforgettable ways.
